🎸 Paul Weller – Friday 12th June 2026

The legendary Paul Weller is coming to Scarborough Open Air Theatre for what’s set to be one of the standout shows of the 2026 season. Known as The Modfather and adored for his incredible career spanning The Jam, The Style Council, and a hugely successful solo journey, Paul Weller will bring a night of timeless hits and new classics to the Yorkshire coast.

Expect favourites like You Do Something to Me, Wild Wood, and Town Called Malice as one of Britain’s most influential songwriters takes to the Scarborough stage. With his unmistakable voice, iconic style, and passionate live performances, this promises to be a concert not to miss.

The legendary DJ will turn the Open Air Theatre into a massive open-air dance floor, celebrating the biggest tracks that defined a generation of club culture. Expect euphoric reworks of timeless anthems like Insomnia, Right Here Right Now, Children and You Got The Love, all delivered with Pete Tong’s signature energy and production.

Billy Ocean feat. Marti Pellow — 28 June 2026

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce Billy Ocean, joined by special guest Marti Pellow, will headline at the Scarborough Open Air Theatre on Sunday 28 June 2026. 

With a career that spans decades and a catalogue of timeless hits like Caribbean Queen (No More Love On The Run), When the Going Gets Tough, Suddenly and Red Light Spells Danger, Billy Ocean is a true pop icon. Marti Pellow, former frontman of Wet Wet Wet, brings his own legends to the night, with hits like Sweet Little Mystery and Love Is All Around and a storied career across pop and musical theatre.

This is going to be a magical night of classic vocals, spectacular production, and seaside energy.

James Arthur – Friday 3rd July 2026

James Arthur is returning to Scarborough Open Air Theatre on Friday 3rd July 2026 — and this is one night fans will NOT want to miss. With huge chart hits, incredible vocals and a global fan base, this show is expected to be one of the most in-demand dates of the OAT summer season.

We are delighted to announce that the first headline act confirmed for the 2026 Scarborough Open Air Theatre season is David Gray, supported by The Divine Comedy.

David Gray is embarking on his Past & Present World Tour, fresh from a series of sold-out shows across the UK, Ireland, Australia, and the United States—including landmark venues like London’s Royal Albert Hall. His soulful lyrics and evocative melodies perfectly suit the open-air magic of Scarborough, and with the witty orchestral charm of The Divine Comedy in support, this concert promises to be a highlight of the summer season.

Deacon Blue + The Lightning Seeds – Friday 10th July 2026

Another huge summer night has just been added to the 2026 OAT line-up! Deacon Blue will be performing live on Friday 10th July – and they’ll be joined by very special guests The Lightning Seeds. Expect iconic anthems, singalong classics and that unmistakable feel-good energy… this is set to be another unforgettable evening on the Yorkshire Coast.
